The fastest on-ramp among multi-agent frameworks: write each agent a job description (role, goal, backstory) and they work as a crew. Even founders from a business background can follow its design logic.
Laojin's advice
Only start if someone on the team writes Python. Keep a crew to 3–4 agents — more roles means harder debugging. Writing the output format directly into task descriptions halves your rework. Small teams are fine on the open-source edition; look at Enterprise only if you need hosted visuals.
